For the majority of my life, I have been engaged in the highest level of sports, including playing 9 years in the NFL, 4 years of Football at Stanford University earning both PAC-10 and All-American Honors, while being inducted into the Stanford Athletics Hall of Fame. None of that would have been possible without dedication and hard work. Trying to compete and outperform other Athletes isn’t always glamorous, but the Athletes who really understand how their body moves and the commitment to take care of it, are the Athletes that will outperform their competition.
Now as a Dad of 4 active children who are serious about Sports my role is to teach what I have learned from my years in sports to the next generation of Athletes. Raising Youth Athletes in today’s competitive environment is a unique challenge. Our children take lessons or train with Ex-Pro’s, their coaches many times have played Pro Ball, and they train at facilities that have everything that the Texans, Vikings, or Stanford use. Our children are training like Pro Athletes without learning about “the Recovery” that Pro Athletes have access to.
Our goal of offering this free eBook is to give High Level Youth Athletes tools that help them perform better, stay healthy and on the field so they can get the reps nessecary to get better in their sports.
